Process of online registration for individual participant
The online registration will be finished after paying the registration fee and submitting the voucher of Bank Transfer.
A personal account should be created when you first visit to the conference website. Then, log in with this account to complete the registration.
Registration fee
Attention：
1，The registration fee of the conference is subject to the time of payment. The participants who pay the registration fee before June 1st (including) can enjoy the discount registration price. Then, the registration fee will automatically change to the Onsite-registration Fee after June 1st.
2，The registration fee includes: one chest card and one registration packet.
Confirmation letter of Enrolment：
After the online payment completed, you can get relevant materials of conference and check in after showing your personal passport to workers of “Prepaid Participants Window”during the period of onsite-registration.
Get Registration Invoice：The prepaid participants can get the “Registration Invoice” after showing your personal passport to workers of the “Registration Window” during the period of onsite-registration.
Get accommodation Invoice of Sofitel Galaxy Nanjing: Prepaid participants can get the accommodation Invoice of Sofitel Galaxy Nanjing with personal passport in “Registration Window” during the period of onsite-registration.
Attention: When you got the invoice, please remember to sign in the “Invoice Collection Window” that would proves you have finished the process. Please keep the invoice with yourself well, or the invoice will not be reissued if lost.
